SUCCESS FOR AUTISTIC GIRLS GROUP SESSIONS

Autism Coach is running this 4 week group coaching session specifically aimed at helping young autistic people to manage their world more effectively & increasing resilience.

Over the course of the four sessions, we will cover:

• Emotions - understanding what they are and how they affect you
• Emotions - what do they look like in other people and how to react to them
• Understanding friendships/relationships and how to maintain them

This course is specifically for autistic females from ages 13-19

Each session is 45 minutes with an optional 15 minutes at the end to ask questions/interact with other participants

The next course course starts on Wednesday 8th January at 17:00, and runs for four consecutive weeks

The cost for the course is £60.  This is for four one hour  online group sessions.
