PREPARING FOR THE TRANSITION TO COLLEGE
Group sessions
This 4 week course aims to get you ready for the big step of transitioning from school to college. In my many years of experience working in further education, I am fully aware of the challenges young people can face at this point in life. Let me help you navigate this step.
What will we cover?
Over the four sessions, we will be looking at:
- Coping strategies for your first week
- Navigating friendships & social interactions
- Managing timings/schedules
- Facing challenges
Who is this course aimed at?
This course is for anyone who is about to start or planning to start college. We anticipate most participants being aged 15-22
How long are the sessions?
Each session is 45 minutes with an optional 15 minutes at the end to ask questions/interact with other participants
When can I start?
The next course course starts on Wednesday 23rd April at 16:00, and runs for four consecutive weeks.
What does it cost?
The cost for the course is £60. This is for four one hour online group sessions.
