 Whether you need onboarding for new staff, or refreshers for your development day activities, I can help.  I will start by meeting with you to find out exactly what you need and then design a training around this.  I can cover any aspects of Autism, ADHD and PDA from a one off session to a series of more in depth trainings.   

 With the increasing numbers of autism diagnoses happening across the globe,  it is becoming more relevant for companies to ensure their staff are aware of and better able to support their colleagues and customers.  It can be really helpful for them to hear first hand about some of the challenges autistic people may face and we can leave them feeling reassured and better able to provide a neurodiverse environment. I will start by meeting with you to discuss your requirements and come up with a bespoke training offer which can include in person or online sessions, either as a one-off or as part of an ongoing staff development program.
